Mount Olive is a 31-square-mile township in western Morris County split between two communities: Budd Lake, wrapped around the state's largest natural lake along Route 46, and Flanders, a belt of colonials, townhouses and shopping along Route 206 to the south. Add the International Trade Center warehouses at the Interstate 80 interchanges and you have lakefront, suburban and industrial properties that each need a different security design.
